Person hired on this position will be responsible for:

•Acting as a liaison between customers and companies. Assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations, and other queries.Reading from scripts.Handle changes in policies or renewals;
•Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution based on the daily activities related to: inbound and outbound telephones, e-mails, internet repair requests, chat customer service);
•Opening customer accounts by recording account information;
•Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
•Recommendation potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs;
•Preparing product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information;
•Ensure high quality of services potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information;


•Fluent knowledge of German / Spanish / Italian or French is a must (C1);
•Communicative English Skills (B2);
•Very good Customer Service skills and Client-focus attitude;
•Experience in Call Center or work with Household Appliances (service and sales) would be an asset.
